SNR and CNR values are higher in 3D T2-VISTA than FSE. The test results stated that there were differences in anatomic information with p-Value 0,05 and show better visualization anatomic structure in 3D T2-VISTA than FSE. Futhermore, assessing sensitivity and specificity to determine diagnostic performance value. Data analysis was performed by cohen’s kappa to see the agreement level among respondents followed by the Wilcoxon test to assess anatomical differences and image quality between FSE and 3D T2-VISTA. The next study was to assess sensitivity and specificity. Image quality was assessed by giving ROI to anatomical structures. Image results of FSE and 3D T2-VISTA were reviewed by 3 radiologists. This study was conducted at Cempaka Putih Hospital in Jakarta using 10 patients with Hernia Nukleus Pulposus cases. This research type is quantitative with an experimental approach. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic performance of 3D T2-VISTA with FSE in describing anatomy, image quality also sensitivity and specificity in assessing Hernia Nukleus Pulposus cases. 3D T2-VISTA is a sequence that can produce data from sagital, axial and coronal slices with the same time as FSE sequence. 3D T2-VISTA is modification sequences and FSE is the sequential sequences of Spin Echo.
